Please use this web site to become better informed about patent reexamination. These pages are organized to provide you a review of both general information relating to patent reexamination, and to specific case history information for important cases subject to review.

"General information" is found under the tab labeled "Patent Reexamination" in three categories: "General Information"; "Grounds for Review"; and "Reexamination News".

Information relating to domain name contests, i.e. anti-cybersquatting is available under the second tab labeled "Cybersquatting". In particular, information pertaining to domain name dispute resolution under ACPA (US only) and ICANN UDRP (International) are presented.

A tab labeled "Start" is provided for you to initiate a case file in support of a reexamination effort. Once appropriate information is assembled, we can review it and provide you an estimate as to the cost and possibilities the case may have. Please tell us about your particular interests in patent reexamination.

A library of documents relating to patent reexamination we find useful is maintained for your reference.
